Part infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous Anse Marcel (our final days were seaweed-free!!), sunken exercise bikes that allow you to pedal to this exact view of the ocean, a walk in portion complete with sandy poolside area … just amazing ! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive… speedy, no but not purposefully… it’s an island, you’re on vacation… what’s the rush ?!? I’ve stayed at Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, Iberostar Grand, and many more… the kindness and the caring here is on par if not at a higher level. The best pool I’ve experienced in over 35 years of traveling throughout the Caribbean, Africa, Europe and the US. Let's wish a successful continuation of the secrets of St Martin Young hotel to improve but we had a great time! □ The presence of the hotel manager, Mr Mazet, and the interactions he has with every customers is really appreciated □! His follow-up as close as possible to his establishment, it is very appreciable. The extra positive point was the kindness of the staff which allowed us to forget the few negatives points. A well done cooking for the angus steak and the duck was perfect □□□. Some points to improve (missing sauce, different recipe for the same main dish, quality of desserts.) We appreciated the exchange with the chef who noted these requests. The food is the strong point of the secret hotels, the quality is good. We had a few smells of humidity but there are currently in this part of the hemisphere. (65€ insurance included) Our room □️was on the ground floor shared with the common pool. To reach the hotel you have to take a cab or rent a car □ through Hertz from the hotel. The location of the hotel is actually good, quiet and in front of a nice beach. This hotel has been open for 2 years with Covid between.
